For several decades, we have been proudly manufacturing and developing the famous and indispensable Laguiole knife (Pronounced Laiole in Occitan). Concerned about the quality and the respect of the image of the Laguiole knife around the world, we select our raw materials, manufacture and control all our articles at every step of the production (50 steps) in order to guarantee our products.
