Shipping

We offer free shipping on most orders over $169. There are select product exclusions (unusually large or bulky items) that do carry associated shipping or handling charges. Those items will be noted on our website.

Most items on our website are stocked and available to ship immediately. In stock items usually ship within 3 to 7 days. These items include soft furnishings, accessories and most furniture.

Custom furniture orders will take longer as many items are coming from France. Custom orders will be delivered in 8 to 14 weeks. Our goal is to send your items to you as soon as possible and we will contact you directly with your confirmed shipping date.

To enjoy our free shipping offer, all items in your order must ship together in one shipment. On occasion, there are situations that require us to hold partial items in your order until all remaining items are available. This includes custom orders which sometimes have a lead time of between 8 and 14 weeks. Should you want some of your items that are in stock shipped earlier before your complete order is ready to ship, there will be an additional charge for shipping separately. We ship most of our large furniture orders by standard freight. The driver will unload your pallet or boxes on your property (driveway, sidewalk, etc.). They will not be able to bring it inside your home. If you would like to upgrade to white glove delivery for an additional charge, let us know as soon as you place your order so we can arrange it.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

If your package arrives by freight, please inspect the pallet/boxes before signing the Bill of lading (that’s the paperwork). Should the pallet or any boxes be damaged (holes, dented corners, etc.), ask the driver to note damages on the bill of lading, follow the steps below then contact our Customer Service team.
