We offer free shipping on most orders over $100. There are select product exclusions (unusually large or bulky items) that do carry associated shipping or handling charges. Those items will be noted on our website.
To enjoy our free shipping offer, all items in your order must ship together in one shipment. On occasion that requires us to hold partial items in your order until all items are available. This includes custom orders which sometimes has a lead time of between 8 and 14 weeks. Should you want some of your items that are in stock shipped earlier, before your complete order is ready to ship, there will be an additional charge for shipping separately. Contact us and we will work with you.
What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
If your package arrives by freight, please inspect the packages or pallet before signing the Bill of lading (that’s the paperwork). If you see broken seal, dented boxes or torn plastic, instruct driver to wait until you can open the packages and check for any possible damage. Should any item be damaged (scratched, dented or otherwise torn or broken), the driver will write a damage report on the bill of lading and instruct you how to proceed. Then, contact our Customer Service team to discuss a resolution.
