Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. Each item is made by artisans, so the individual characteristics of every product lends to its artistic nature and origin. Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled simultaneously. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 24 hours.

International addresses will be subject to international rates and will be shipped via Fed Ex. Return postage is at purchaser’s expense.

All sales are final; however, if you are not delighted with your purchase, an exchange may be made for any other item in our store if the unwanted merchandise is returned in its original condition within 14 days of purchase or within 7 days of confirmed receipt of shipped items. To exchange an item, please contact us on 505-995-1000. Exchanges cannot be made on custom orders. Furniture can only be returned or exchanged if received damage.

1. All merchandise must be returned (postmarked) within 14 days of the original purchase date.
2. The merchandise must be in its original, new condition with all tickets attached.
3. Sale merchandise may not be returned.

We suggest using Fed Ex for your return but you may use any carrier service. We suggest that you retain a record of the return tracking number for future reference. If you choose to use a different return method, we suggest that you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise in order to protect yourself from loss. You may use the original packaging; however, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package.
