SHIPPING TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
International addresses will be subject to international rates and will be shipped via Fed Ex. Return postage is at purchaser’s expense.

EXCHANGES / REFUNDS
All sales are final. Furniture cannot be returned or exchanged. All other items can be exchanged within 14 days of original purchase date or within 7 days of confirmed receipt of shipped items. Returned merchandise must be in its original, new condition with all tickets attached. We are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed.
Please inspect your furniture shipment before signing as received. If you received damaged items, please contact us immediately to begin the exchange process.

EXCHANGING YOUR ITEM
Please call us on 505-995-1000 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and notify us that you need to make an exchange. We will assist you in choosing another item. We suggest using Fed Ex for your return but you may use any carrier service. We suggest that you retain a record of the return tracking number for future reference. If you choose to use a different return method, we suggest that you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise in order to protect yourself from loss. You may use the original packaging; however, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package.
Additional shipping costs to ship the exchange will be charged.
