In the age of online shopping where customer service has become a chatbot, an answering service reading from a script or an email address to a blackhole, it was SO REFRESHING to work with Jean-Philippe! Before selling us anything, JP got to know us, our furniture needs, style preferences and practical concerns. He reviewed photos and measurements and then immediately got back to us with insightful and thoughtful design ideas that provided us the versatility and aesthetic that we were trying to accomplish with our outdoor space. We love our Ethimo tables and chairs, and we greatly appreciated our experience with the entire Bon Marché team. I have long admired Fermob furniture so, when it came time to outfit my rooftop patio, I searched for a Fermob dealer. I am beyond delighted that I found Jean-Philippe and Laurence and the rest of the team at Bon Marché. They are not only experts in Fermob and other luxury furniture lines but they are the kindest, most helpful, and most attentive team you can imagine. The customer service and personal assistance is like having your own expert designer making informed recommendations once they learn more about your goals and personal style. Jean-Philippe gave me wonderful advice about color selection and did not hesitate to disagree with one of the colors I originally was interested in. I really appreciated his candid advice which helped me realize my vision, and I could not be happier with the results! You can’t go wrong with French style. He and Laurence called and texted me before my shipment arrived and even on the day of delivery to confirm I received everything and that the delivery team had good customer service.

We needed a few furniture pieces for our newly renovated backyard porch and are very thankful for Jean Phillip’s excellent suggestions! We purchased two Ethimo Flower chairs and a 24” bistro table which is perfect for enjoying coffee every morning. When we happened to be in Santa Fe, we stopped by to introduce ourselves and see if the Fermob Sixties low chairs might be a comfortable solution for a casual lounge grouping. Heaven! We placed our order immediately with Laurence and ordered the matching Sixties low table too. Bon Marche’s superb service, from product questions through delivery was a pleasure. Paris meets America in Santa Fe with Bon Marche. JP and Laurence were gracious in helping me fix a problem I had made ordering some Fermob chairs for my home. I felt a sense of relief and was grateful at how accommodating they were. Plus. I feel like I am transported to the Luxembourg Gardens whenever I sit in my Fermob furniture. Merci beaucoup!

We were seriously impressed with the service Jean-Philippe offered us as we tried to pick the perfect furniture for our New York backyard, nearly two thousand miles away from Santa Fe. Jean-Philippe helped us pick the right mix of styles and colors, providing incredibly personal service, exchanging images and ideas via text. I don't think I would have imagined we'd end up buying furniture from a shop in New Mexico when we began trying to find the outdoor table and chairs that were right for us, but now I couldn't imagine working with anyone else or any other shop. I absolutely love the furniture we ended up with and that is almost entirely the result of working with Bon Marche.

I could NOT be happier with the beautiful French furniture, custom made cushions AND, maybe most importantly, the incredibly helpful, enthusiastic and diligent service from JP and the whole team at Bon Marche. I have use them for two large commercial projects as well as for my home. Don't go anywhere else! Bon Marche SF is the best!
