The Fermob Luxembourg Chair is the piece that started a legend. Designed by Frédéric Sofia in 2004, it reinterprets the iconic chairs of the Jardin du Luxembourg in Paris: the same distinctive lines and curved aluminum slats, reimagined for a collection built to live in gardens, on terraces, and around dining tables from Bryant Park to back yards across the country.
The tubular aluminum frame combines lightness and genuine structural resilience, while the curved aluminum slat seat and backrest deliver a level of comfort that flat-seat outdoor chairs rarely match. Silencing pads keep it quiet on hard surfaces, and a stacking capacity of ten means storage is never a problem, the whole set tucks away in a fraction of the space. Compatible with a range of optional cushions for added comfort at the table.
