The Fermob Balad Lamp H.10 in. is where the whole Balad story began: the original portable, rechargeable lamp designed by Tristan Lohner with his signature headphone-inspired handle. Fun, accessible, colorful, and built around the bare essentials of good design: a rounded polyethylene diffuser, aluminum frame, and ABS base that work together as well on a patio table as they do tucked into a picnic basket.
Five lighting positions give it real versatility without complexity: cool white and neutral white, each at full and half brightness, plus a candle-style flickering warm white at 2300°K for the softest, most atmospheric glow. Battery life runs from 9 hours at maximum brightness up to 16 hours at the lowest setting, recharged via USB in about 7 hours. IP44 rated for genuine outdoor use. A sure-fire hit in terms of look, practicality, and price — the lamp that proved cordless outdoor lighting could be this good.
